Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will review the issue and if approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Cancellation Policy

If the item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the item has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and unused condition, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is not returned in its original packaging and unused condition, or if it is returned after the 30-day return period.
